Lead the analytics function for a growing B2B software company. Own company-wide metrics, data models, semantic standards, dashboards and analytics processes that support data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Define, validate and maintain the business logic for core KPIs with executives and stakeholders.
- Model approved metrics in the data warehouse to provide consistent, trusted reporting across the company.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing and other teams to determine what should be measured and why.
- Collaborate with data engineers and business analysts on scalable pipelines, data models and semantic layers.
- Lead the evaluation, selection and optimization of BI and data infrastructure.
- Build and maintain cross-company dashboards and reports used by business leaders.
- Set technical and organizational analytics standards and develop scalable processes for the analytics function.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence or data product management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Strong knowledge of business analytics, KPI definition and metrics design.
- Experience owning data or analytics products from problem definition and measurement strategy through development and production.
- Experience with a modern data stack, including a data warehouse such as Snowflake, dbt or an equivalent transformation layer, a semantic layer and a BI tool.
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks, metric definitions, dashboards and experimentation plans.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with developer tooling or software platforms.
- Experience in performance marketing and growth analytics.
