Join an aerospace defense engineering team developing cybersecurity capabilities for airborne mission computers and communications systems used on military platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define and document cybersecurity requirements for hardware, software, and infrastructure specifications.
- Prepare preliminary and critical design reviews.
- Integrate and test systems in laboratory and aircraft environments.
- Develop system acceptance test plans for laboratory and aircraft testing.
- Write flight-test requirements and analyze test results.
- Support projects through development, testing, trials, serial production, and customer delivery.
- Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and external partners while meeting project milestones and quality objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, computer, electrical, or electronics engineering.
- Experience defining, developing, and validating cybersecurity requirements for military or civilian systems.
- Experience with network security and secure network protocols.
- Good technical English reading, speaking, and writing skills.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in systems engineering.
- Experience with military avionics systems, interfaces, and standards.
- Air Force experience in avionics systems engineering, flight testing, or technical-operational roles.
- Experience designing and implementing development and integration processes for multidisciplinary, preferably avionics, systems.
- CISM or CISSP certification.
