Lead the technical relationship with assigned customers for a cybersecurity solutions provider. Translate customer needs into technical requirements, coordinate internal engineering teams, and ensure implementations deliver measurable outcomes on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical contact for assigned customers.
- Understand customer environments, needs, and gaps, and translate them into clear technical requirements.
- Own technical delivery quality and ensure implementations meet customer and company standards.
- Coordinate with development, DevOps, and security engineering teams to resolve blockers and technical issues.
- Support customer onboarding, configuration, tuning, and integrations for SIEM/SOC environments and detection content.
- Troubleshoot customer-reported technical issues and drive them through resolution.
- Provide technical status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify recurring technical gaps and risks and recommend process or product improvements.
- Coordinate with project management and customer success teams to keep delivery on schedule.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills in customer environments.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience gathering requirements, managing expectations, and driving technical issues to resolution.
- Strong collaboration skills across development, DevOps, and security engineering teams.
- Fluency in Hebrew and English.
Nice to have
- Scripting or basic automation experience with Python or Bash.
- Experience in cybersecurity, SecOps, SOC, SIEM, or SOAR environments.
- Experience with platforms such as Google SecOps/Chronicle, Splunk, or similar.
- Previous experience as a Customer Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or in a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
