Lead end-to-end security research projects that improve cyber asset intelligence products. Analyze large-scale security data, automate research workflows, and develop logic for asset discovery, classification, enrichment, and risk assessment in partnership with Product and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead research on asset data quality, fidelity, enrichment, and correlation across devices, identities, software, and SaaS assets
- Build data analysis pipelines and automate asset research using Python, SQL, and AI tools
- Prototype enrichment and classification logic for enterprise assets
- Define evaluation conditions for asset existence, classification, risk, and criticality
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn technical research into production-ready capabilities
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in security research, cyber asset management, threat intelligence, or security data analysis
- Proficiency with Python for scripting and automation
- Proficiency with SQL for querying complex, large-scale security datasets
- Hands-on experience integrating AI or large language models into technical workflows
- Understanding of security data sources and signal quality, including EDR, MDM, CMDB, network scanner, cloud, and SaaS management data
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise cybersecurity products
- Experience with cybersecurity asset management, IT asset management, or cyber asset attack surface management
- Experience designing asset fidelity or criticality scoring logic from multiple data sources
- Experience translating open-ended security data problems into scalable product requirements
