Join a strategy and management consulting firm as a Senior Consultant supporting executive teams across banks, insurers, credit card companies, and other financial institutions in Israel.
Responsibilities
- Lead operating model strategy and organizational transformation projects
- Diagnose, design, and implement organizational structures, operating processes, and management mechanisms
- Develop integrated solutions spanning people, processes, technology, and AI to improve performance and business value
- Partner with executive leadership teams and lead joint client teams from strategy through implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited academic institution
- At least 3 years of experience leading operating model, transformation, organizational consulting, or operational excellence projects
- Required experience working with financial services organizations such as banks, insurance companies, or credit card companies
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Nice to have
- Master’s degree
- Experience at a consulting firm or in an internal strategy role within financial services
