Join a major rail infrastructure project in Northern Israel, supporting track alignment design, construction documentation, installation follow-up, and as-built updates. The role requires strong AutoCAD and technical drawing skills, with railway, highway, or urban insertion experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze contractual technical requirements and horizontal and vertical railway alignments
- Prepare track alignment, track design, typical sections, plan views, and construction documents under supervision
- Produce construction drawings, installation layouts, plans, listings, and trackwork details
- Calculate track material quantities and position track components within alignments
- Design mechanical assemblies and track interfaces
- Provide track design services and documentation for project disciplines
- Follow track installation on site and maintain installation traceability
- Update construction drawings into as-built drawings and revise designs when required
- Capture installation feedback and contribute to reference solutions and documentation updates
- Support project quality, cost, delivery, and change-order improvement activities
- Prepare project-level reports
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong command of AutoCAD and technical drawing or industrial design fundamentals
- Good English proficiency
- Ability to interpret contractual technical requirements and railway alignments
- Knowledge of track components, interfaces, mechanical assemblies, and construction documentation
- Strong organization, rigor, initiative, autonomy, teamwork, and communication skills
Nice to have
- Railway, light rail, metro, track alignment, highway, or urban insertion experience
- Knowledge of track construction and maintenance
- Experience with BIM modeling
- Experience with MicroStation or AutoCAD Civil 3D
