Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Supervise site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to align with project deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and foster a culture of safety.
- Liaise with external stakeholders for permits and approvals, and maintain effective communication with clients and contractors.
- Monitor daily operations, address delays, and manage risks to keep the project on track.
- Conduct regular site inspections and enforce quality control measures.
- Oversee integration of mechanical, electrical, and system components.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure effective system integration and develop testing procedures.
- Prepare progress reports, maintain documentation, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure construction meets quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- 5-7 years of experience in site construction and integration, preferably in data centres or mission-critical environments.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Project management skills including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).

- Professional certifications in construction/project management preferred.
