Seeking a Product Manager to drive the vision and roadmap for digital mobility solutions. Responsible for feature definition, market research, and product lifecycle management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer value and business impact.
Responsibilities
- Navigate product transformation and provide stability during organizational change.
- Define and maintain long-term product vision and roadmap, focusing on customer value and strategic differentiation.
- Own feature-level strategy, development, and lifecycle from conception to market success.
- Conduct market and user research to identify needs and opportunities.
- Transform customer problems into concrete product features with clear value propositions.
- Oversee feature validation, pricing, and revenue generation.
- Validate tender requirements and customer inquiries with expert teams.
- Collaborate with sales/bid teams on business models, pricing, and positioning.
- Represent the product in client presentations and industry events.
Requirements
- University degree in Mobility/Transport, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of product management experience in a technology-driven, agile environment.
- Deep understanding of product development cycles, roadmap creation, and lifecycle management.
- Experience with financial validation and P&L planning, ideally with B2B software pricing.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach.
- Understanding of stakeholder perspectives in the mobility ecosystem.
- Passion for intermodal mobility and seamless journey planning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent English; German is advantageous.
