- Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities to increase subscription revenue

- Experience in community management, preferably with Patreon or comparable platforms such as Boosty or Substack
- Strong English copywriting skills for persuasive, engaging, and accurate content
- Figma proficiency for banners, post layouts, and visual content
- Networking and partnership-development skills
- Fluent written and spoken English for international audiences and partners
- Ability to work autonomously, define tasks, build processes, and deliver results without close supervision
- Strong focus on measurable subscriber and revenue growth
