A technology organization is seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong Agile and SDLC expertise and advanced Jira experience. The role leads projects from requirements through production and coordinates development, QA, product, DevOps, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.

- Manage technology projects across the full development life cycle, from requirements through production release.
- Build work plans and manage scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and resources.
- Lead Agile processes and implement working methodologies across development teams.
- Map and improve SDLC and software delivery processes.
- Coordinate with development, QA, product, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams.
- Administer Jira work processes, including workflows, boards, dashboards, filters, and reporting.
- Define performance metrics and KPIs, track results, and identify blockers and bottlenecks.
- Lead status, planning, prioritization, and continuous-improvement meetings.
- Present project status, risks, and recommendations to managers and senior leadership.

- 3–5 years of experience managing technology projects in a development environment.
- Significant practical experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Deep end-to-end understanding of software development life cycle processes.
- Advanced Jira experience, including workflows, boards, dashboards, filters, and reports.
- Experience managing work plans, scope, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
- Experience working with development teams and multiple technology interfaces.
- Experience leading processes with managers and senior stakeholders.
