- Define product direction through research, vision-setting, alignment, and prioritization.
- Create and manage the product roadmap from strategic planning to tactical execution.
- Prioritize product releases based on stakeholder feedback, customer demands, and capacity constraints.
- Manage the product backlog, including enhancements and bugs.
- Align stakeholders around the product vision and what to build.
- Facilitate requirement gathering and feedback sessions with business and customers, such as user interviews.
- Design innovative solutions to business and customer challenges.
- Document business and functional requirements for development projects.
- Work with internal teams including developers, engineers, architects, QA, and operations to ensure requirements are understood and implementation plans match expectations.
- Participate in team scrums and agile ceremonies, supporting team questions and providing product functionality background.
- Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
- Bridge the gap between the development team and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Onboarding, and Sales to develop and implement go-to-market plans.
- Facilitate creation and maintenance of product documentation, from requirements to client onboarding materials.
