- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
- Manage the lifecycle of AI agents in collaboration with development teams and business stakeholders.
- Define success metrics and controls, and improve system performance and reliability.
- Drive innovation and standardization of AI agent solutions.
דרישות
- At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis, product management, or business analysis.
- Experience writing functional and technical specifications and leading end-to-end solutions, products, or projects.
- Experience with complex information systems, KPI definition, and data-driven work.
- Experience with AI, LLMs, or Copilot, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
