Design and implement mathematical models for online slot games, from balancing game mechanics through simulation and testing to publication preparation. This is a remote, full-time project collaboration.

- Design slot-game mathematical models, including reel strips or symbol distributions, paytables, trigger frequencies, and mechanic parameters
- Allocate RTP between base games and bonus modes and tune target volatility for each mode
- Calculate the cost of bonus buys and feature spins
- Implement models in Stake Engine Math SDK using Python
- Run simulations, analyze results, and use an optimizer to tune weights toward target metrics
- Coordinate game-event structures with the front-end team
- Document mathematical models, mechanics, and simulation results
- Support QA testing and assist with uploading games to the platform
דרישות
- Experience designing mathematical models for slot games
- Understanding of RTP, hit frequency, volatility, win distributions, and reel-strip design
- Python skills for implementing game logic and running simulations
- Knowledge of probability and statistics, including working confidently with large datasets
- Experience modeling rare large wins and long-tailed distributions for games with maximum wins of at least 30,000 times the stake
- Intermediate or higher English
