Design and optimize game features and in-game economies, using analysis and experimentation to improve player experience and game performance. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Tel Aviv.

- Design, balance, and optimize game features and mechanics.
- Manage pricing, offers, rewards, and other in-game economy components.
- Define, monitor, and analyze game economy metrics.
- Plan and analyze A/B tests to improve gameplay, engagement, monetization, and progression.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, Monetization, and LiveOps teams to identify opportunities and support data-informed decisions.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
דרישות
- At least 3 years of experience in the gaming economy industry.
- A bachelor's degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or another quantitative field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and business sense.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with numbers, formulas, and data analysis.
- Interest in player behavior, social gaming dynamics, and game economies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams.

- Experience using AI tools to support analysis and improve workflows.
- Basic SQL knowledge, or willingness to develop SQL and data analysis skills.
