- Develop and execute multi-year strategies for assigned procurement categories.
- Identify global and local sourcing opportunities.
- Lead commercial negotiations, supplier agreements, and ongoing vendor relationships.
- Shape category procurement policies in line with corporate objectives.
- Analyze spending and cost structures, and benchmark markets and suppliers.
- Evaluate supply risks and identify innovation and business opportunities.
- Drive cost optimization, efficiency initiatives, and savings strategies.
- Resolve quality and delivery issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Act as the primary procurement contact for internal and external business partners.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree; preferred fields include business administration, economics, law, technology, engineering, or industrial engineering and management.
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement management or strategic sourcing for packaging and raw materials in the food manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of packaging production technologies and raw material processes.
- High-level written and spoken English.
- Occasional domestic travel and potential international business travel may be required.
