A global beauty and wellness company is seeking an experienced eCommerce Marketplace Operations Manager to lead daily operations and strategic growth initiatives across international marketplaces, primarily Amazon.

תחומי אחריות

  • Manage purchase-order acceptance, monitor stock levels, and optimize inventory
  • Create and optimize marketplace listings, including attributes, backend keywords, reviews, visual assets, titles, and SEO descriptions
  • Own the submission and resolution of marketplace platform cases
  • Manage relationships with marketplace contacts, primarily Vendor Managers
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve Buy Box performance
  • Manage enrollment in marketplace programs such as Brand Registry and Premium Beauty

דרישות

  • At least 3 years of brand-side Amazon.com operations management experience
  • Required hands-on first-party vendor-side experience
  • Experience creating product listings, applying SEO, and submitting and resolving marketplace cases
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon processes, programs, and marketplace strategies
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven marketplace decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize by business impact
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
