Senior Account Manager, AI Startups and Scaleups

A technology company is seeking a Senior Account Manager to develop relationships with AI-native startups, scaleups, and research labs, and accelerate adoption of its AI platforms.

- Engage AI-native startups, scaleups, and labs to understand their strategies, goals, and technical and business needs
- Define and deliver solutions aligned with customer and partner requirements
- Represent AI-native companies across developer communities, cloud partners, solution providers, and enterprises
- Partner with developer relations, solution architecture, business development, engineering, and go-to-market teams to drive platform demand
- Develop and communicate customer value propositions
- Lead cross-functional virtual teams of technical, business, and marketing resources
- Build customer and partner references and case studies
- Identify emerging use cases and cultivate new business opportunities
- Represent the organization at industry events and engage the broader AI ecosystem
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a master’s degree, MBA, or comparable experience is advantageous
- At least 8 years of relevant experience involving AI-native companies, startups, scaleups, or research labs
- Ability to assess market opportunities, develop strategic business plans, define initiatives and outcomes, and coordinate resources
- Strong knowledge of AI-industry business development and technology adoption, particularly in generative and agentic AI
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, executives, partners, customers, and content developers
- Understanding of full-stack architectures spanning software, servers, and cloud
