Lead the company’s future growth initiatives through corporate development, M&A, investments, strategic partnerships, market expansion, and cross-functional execution.

- Lead corporate development and business development processes from opportunity identification through implementation.
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, expansion of existing activities, and entry into new markets or business areas.
- Lead M&A transactions, investments, and strategic partnerships from initial opportunity through closing.
- Conduct market, competitor, and business trend analyses and develop strategic recommendations.
- Build business cases, business and financial models, valuations, pricing analyses, profitability analyses, and ROI assessments.
- Lead due diligence with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
- Negotiate commercial and business terms with target companies, potential partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and business units to assess opportunities and advance strategic initiatives.
- Lead complex strategic projects and coordinate cross-organizational execution.
- Prepare materials, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and decision-makers.
דרישות
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate development, business strategy, investments, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategic consulting.
- Proven experience identifying, evaluating, and leading complex business opportunities.
- Strong financial modeling, business analysis, valuation, business case, pricing, profitability, and ROI analysis skills.
- Experience leading due diligence processes and complex commercial negotiations.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
- Excellent analytical, commercial, and strategic capabilities.
- Very high-level English communication skills, written and spoken.

- Experience in M&A, investments, strategic partnerships, or entering new business areas.
- Background in a leading strategy consultancy, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, Big Four, or corporate development.
- Experience in the motor vehicle manufacturing industry.
