A food manufacturing business is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead strategic planning, supply chain execution, and an analyst team across multiple planning horizons.

תחומי אחריות

  • Lead strategic planning across multiple time horizons and contribute to business-unit strategy.
  • Manage proactive planning processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Translate strategy into annual and functional work plans, including KPIs and KBIs.
  • Lead supply chain strategy execution and promote best practices.
  • Manage and develop a team of analysts through coaching, mentoring, and methodology implementation.
  • Build effective partnerships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Strengthen planners’ role as business partners by connecting planning activities with business challenges.

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in demand and/or supply planning.
  • Management experience and a record of leading multidisciplinary processes.
  • Deep knowledge of S&OP, RCCP, optimization, and productivity processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced planning tools.
  • Willingness to travel between northern and central Israel.

  • Experience in food or consumer products.
  • SAP experience.
  • Advanced planning and Office tools.
  • Experience developing cross-functional partnerships.
