Own end-to-end supplier relationships and procurement strategy, ensuring supply continuity, cost competitiveness, and supplier performance across ramp-ups and new product introductions.

תחומי אחריות

  • Manage supplier relationships, performance, and escalations
  • Lead sourcing strategies and negotiate pricing and contracts
  • Drive cost reduction and value engineering initiatives
  • Align procurement with forecast, ramp-ups, and lifecycle phases
  • Evaluate supplier capacity and readiness for production ramp-ups
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
  • Own RFQ/RPC processes and validate cost breakdowns
  • Monitor supplier KPIs and conduct performance reviews
  • Manage commercial agreements and optimize contract terms

דרישות

  • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in strategic procurement or sourcing
  • Experience working with European suppliers
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Solid understanding of supply chain and manufacturing environments
  • High proficiency in English
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%
