An electronics company is seeking a Senior Sourcing Program Manager to lead materials sourcing, supplier management, product costs, and supply planning for networking products.

תחומי אחריות

  • Own materials sourcing and supplier management for products
  • Support engineering teams in selecting preferred supplier products
  • Manage supplier business relationships and commercial engagements
  • Manage product costs and supply in collaboration with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and internal R&D, operations, finance, and sales teams
  • Develop and implement commodity strategies aligned with business needs
  • Analyze component, module, and contract manufacturing supplier markets
  • Coordinate communication between contract manufacturers and suppliers

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 8 years of experience managing suppliers
  • Technical and product management experience in electronics or board industries
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced organization

  • Experience managing global suppliers and sourcing initiatives
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical component markets
  • Experience with ERP and PLM systems
