Own and scale the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for a rapidly growing enterprise software company. Build procurement infrastructure, establish governance, manage suppliers, and improve purchasing efficiency through automation.

- Manage, plan, and execute the complete procurement process.
- Build procurement infrastructure, policies, workflows, and governance from the ground up.
- Lead procurement automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Research supply markets and provide category intelligence, benchmarks, and analysis of industry trends and practices.
- Structure, review, negotiate, and renew complex supplier agreements.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate favorable commercial terms.
- Partner with business units to understand purchasing needs and lead procurement initiatives.
- Track and deliver cost-reduction and cost-avoidance initiatives.
- Ensure supplier contracts and purchasing activities comply with procurement policies.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, materials management, supply chain, management, or a related field.
- At least five years of procurement management experience in a SaaS company.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience using AI tools and automation to optimize procurement workflows.
- Experience managing long-term supplier relationships.
- Strong sourcing, supply market research, and category intelligence capabilities.
- Experience executing and negotiating complex supplier agreements while minimizing contractual risk.
- Experience managing budgets and delivering cost-reduction or cost-avoidance initiatives.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Hebrew.
- Strong ERP systems knowledge; NetSuite experience is an advantage.
