A global beauty-products company is seeking a Planning Specialist to lead supply planning and inventory management, improve forecast accuracy, and support data-driven operational decisions.

תחומי אחריות

  • Drive end-to-end planning and inventory management processes.
  • Build and improve sales forecasts and inventory plans.
  • Analyze complex datasets and translate insights into business actions.
  • Challenge assumptions and optimize planning processes.
  • Coordinate forecasts and operational targets across Supply Chain, Account Management, R&D, and Finance.
  • Support data-driven decision-making in a fast-moving operational environment.

דרישות

  • 3–5 years of experience in planning and inventory management.
  • Experience building sales forecasts in a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems; SAP is preferred.
  • Experience with forecasting tools or planning systems.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, including analysis of large datasets.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication, organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.

יתרון

  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Experience in cosmetics or FMCG.
  • Experience with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).
