Manage logistics and procurement activities supporting aviation administration, aircraft missions, maintenance plans, suppliers, and urgent operational requirements.

- Manage logistics support for administrative and aviation mission activities
- Coordinate with internal logistics and procurement functions
- Prepare ongoing procurement plans
- Write SOW, RFI, and RFP procurement documents
- Handle urgent procurement to prevent aircraft downtime
- Work with suppliers and define qualitative and quantitative targets
- Produce reports and maintain documentation and information controls
- Manage exceptions and track them through timely closure
- Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure procurement requirements comply with security guidelines
דרישות
- At least 3 years of experience in the military or civilian aviation industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Professional English reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Willingness to work non-standard hours
