  • Co-lead Sales and Operations Planning demand reviews
  • Maintain 18-month rolling volume forecasts for professional and imported goods
  • Provide volume forecasts for quarterly financial planning in partnership with Finance
  • Analyze data to improve forecast accuracy and bias KPIs
  • Support new product introductions with aligned forecasts for Supply Chain and Planning
  • Manage forecast location splits and product rollovers in planning systems
  • Optimize use of the demand planning system
  • Continuously improve forecasting processes

דרישות

  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain forecasting and planning
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to influence decisions across functions and with senior management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve problems
  • English language proficiency
