Quality and Reliability Engineer

Lead quality, reliability, qualification, compliance, and continuous-improvement activities for multidisciplinary electro-mechanical products across design, manufacturing, and customer support.

- Plan, coordinate, and analyze environmental qualification testing and product validation activities.
- Coordinate DFMEA and PFMEA activities with cross-functional teams.
- Develop reliability test plans and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze field reports and drive reliability improvements.
- Create quality plans, work instructions, and technical product documentation.
- Lead failure investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
- Plan and conduct internal and external audits.
- Maintain quality procedures and support the Quality Management System.
- Coordinate certification projects with external laboratories and certification bodies.
- Maintain compliance with international standards and regulations, including IEC, RoHS, and REACH.
- Prepare technical documentation for product approvals.
- Support regulatory and compliance reviews during engineering design reviews.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in quality engineering, reliability engineering, or manufacturing engineering.
- Experience with multidisciplinary electro-mechanical products.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Hebrew language proficiency.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional activities independently and systematically.

- CQE or CQM certification.
- Experience with 8D, 5 Why, or Ishikawa root-cause methods.
- Experience with environmental qualification standards and testing.
- Proficiency in FMEA and reliability analysis.
- Experience coordinating UL, IEC, CE, or equivalent certification activities.
- Statistical analysis experience.
- Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP systems.
