Lead global quality and sustainability strategy across multiple sites, building scalable processes and aligning operations with customer requirements, international standards, and product definitions. Manage and mentor QA/QC teams in Europe and the United States.

- Define and implement global quality and sustainability policies
- Set KPIs and monitor performance across sites
- Lead annual planning, management reviews, and certification processes
- Drive cross-site quality improvement and sustainability initiatives
- Oversee customer complaints, cost of quality, and environmental impact assessments
- Partner with Product Development and cross-functional teams
- Manage and mentor global QA/QC teams
דרישות
- At least 5 years of experience in quality management, including 3 years in a global role
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ESG frameworks
- Experience managing global budgets
- Fluent English
יתרון
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- CQM or CQE certification
