Lead a nationwide maintenance, service, and operations organization in the renewable energy sector. Oversee managers, field teams, a control room, contractors, budgets, customer interfaces, service quality, and continuous improvement.

- Manage managers, team leaders, field technicians, and service teams.
- Oversee control-room operations, task prioritization, and field-team scheduling.
- Develop and implement maintenance and operational models suited to the customer portfolio.
- Plan and manage preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure system availability and achievement of SLA, KPI, and service-quality targets.
- Lead complex incident and fault resolution through closure and lessons learned.
- Develop annual and multi-year work plans.
- Manage operating budgets, cost control, efficiency, and profitability.
- Manage suppliers and subcontractors, monitoring quality, schedules, and costs.
- Work with customers and internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish procedures, management routines, and work processes.
- Analyze performance, identify trends, and lead corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

- At least 5 years managing complex maintenance, technical service, or operations organizations.
- Experience managing multi-site or nationwide field operations, including field technicians and service and maintenance teams.
- Experience managing managers or team leaders.
- Experience establishing and implementing work processes and management routines.
- Experience using KPIs and SLAs to manage performance.
- Experience managing substantial budgets, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Experience working with customers and multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze performance data and make evidence-based decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership, independence, systems thinking, and change-management capability.

- Experience in renewable energy, solar power, energy storage, or electrical infrastructure.
- Experience managing O&M, field service, a control room, technical support center, or operations center.
- Technical background in electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering, or a related field.
- P&L management experience.
- Experience establishing or significantly transforming a maintenance and service organization.
