- Lead data center operations across a campus or metro
- Promote safety, security, compliance, and environmental responsibility
- Manage, coach, and develop full-time employees across multiple data centers
- Ensure reliable IT and mechanical and electrical critical-environment support across service lines
- Deliver customer capacity on schedule and in accordance with service-level commitments
- Plan and deliver physical infrastructure, logistics, and resources required for growth
- Lead major-incident management calls, resolution activities, post-incident reviews, and improvement plans
- Develop budgets and forecasts and manage operational and capital spending
- Oversee vendor and partner contracts, landlords, IT providers, critical-environment providers, and support teams
- Collaborate with regional and global management teams on improvement programs
- Lead organizational change and reinforce company values
דרישות
- Degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification
- At least 10 years of experience in mission-critical service management or physical operations within IT, critical-environment infrastructure, manufacturing, warehousing, retail, or military settings
- At least five years leading, directly managing, and influencing diverse full-time employees across multiple disciplines and platforms
- Ability to meet required company, customer, and government security screening requirements

- Seven or more years managing large-scale, complex projects or programs
- Seven or more years of experience with critical-environment infrastructure such as UPS, generators, and air-handling units
- Seven or more years managing physical IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, capacity, racks, enclosures, and structured cabling
- Experience managing budgets of $5 million or more
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, telecommunications, electrical or mechanical engineering, supply chain management, or a related field
- Experience leading a diverse technical workforce or managing global and virtual teams
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, network or CCNA certifications, ITIL, MOF, leadership development, PMP, or CDCP
