Lead the operations and maintenance function for a major automated driverless metro or light rail project. The role oversees O&M planning, RAMS coordination, control center operations, staffing requirements, and operational readiness.

- Lead line managers in implementing the operations and maintenance concept.
- Manage the O&M and RAMS team supporting the network manager.
- Review O&M requirements prepared by line managers.
- Advise the owner on strategic O&M decisions, including procurement and shadow-operator arrangements.
- Review operating plans against service requirements and the maintenance strategy.
- Review hub, depot, and control center operating plans.
- Assess high-level staffing numbers, deployment plans, and required skills.
- Oversee operating plans for the primary, secondary, and data control centers.
דרישות
- At least 15 years of experience on major infrastructure or transportation projects, including mass transit or metro systems.
- At least 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager or Operations Control Centre Manager on an automated driverless light rail or metro line.
- Significant experience with automated driverless systems.
- Engineering degree or higher diploma, preferably in electrical or mechanical engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

- Experience managing an operations control centre through testing, commissioning, trial running, and commercial operation.
- Consulting experience on overseas GoA4 metro projects.
