- Monitor, operate, and control enterprise communications and computing systems around the clock
- Identify incidents in real time, assess their nature, and understand their impact
- Provide initial incident handling or escalate issues to the relevant specialists
- Coordinate with support teams, systems administrators, and information security teams
- Document and report incidents and faults
דרישות
- Required: knowledge of communications networks
- Good English and full proficiency with computer applications
- Availability for 3–5 shifts per week in a 24/7 schedule
- Ability to work under pressure, with responsibility, self-discipline, and motivation
יתרון
- Valid level 3 security clearance; higher-level clearances are a significant advantage
- Previous NOC or similar technical support experience
