Own the day-to-day social media presence of a growing consumer commerce brand, connecting creative content, community engagement, and commercial goals.

- Own the brand’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
- Build monthly and quarterly content plans and manage the content calendar.
- Develop creative concepts, recurring formats, and social-first content.
- Identify relevant trends and adapt them to the brand’s tone and style.
- Create content with AI tools and incorporate them into the creative workflow.
- Write copy for posts, Stories, Reels, and other social assets.
- Brief and coordinate content creators, designers, editors, and external suppliers.
- Connect social activity with commercial campaigns and sales objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, CRM, and Sales teams.
- Monitor performance, analyze results, and optimize social activity.
דרישות
- Proven experience managing social media for a recognized brand, in-house or at an advertising or social media agency.
- Hands-on experience creating and managing content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
- Strong creative judgment and the ability to identify effective social content.
- Experience developing content plans, maintaining content calendars, and managing multiple content streams.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Understanding of photography, video editing, and social-first creative.
- Hands-on experience with Canva and AI tools for content, video, and creative production.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and data-driven optimization.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to connect content to business objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
