A retail and gifting brand is seeking a Marketing Site Manager to lead new product launches and optimize product pages, category pages, site navigation, conversion funnels, and the on-site customer experience. This is a full-time, office-based role in the Tel Aviv area.

- Set up new products in the website catalog.
- Collaborate with designers on product mockups and photography.
- Write marketing titles and descriptions for new products.
- Analyze competitors, market trends, customer behavior, and product potential.
- Improve site navigation using internal and market data.
- Define and optimize user funnels and on-site content to improve results.
- Develop and execute strategic product promotion plans.
- Optimize product pricing and upsell opportunities to improve average order value.
- Conduct A/B testing and personalization for different target audiences.

- Understanding of customer psychology and user experience principles
- Experience with product page optimization
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- High-level English
