Lead marketing strategy and execution for a precision technology business unit. Partner with business and sales leadership, manage a small team and budget, and deliver programs that grow pipeline and orders.

- Set and execute the annual business unit marketing strategy in line with commercial targets and corporate direction.
- Advise business and sales leaders, translating commercial priorities into marketing programs.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate investment across campaigns, content, and channels.
- Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team; manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
- Build demand-generation programs and oversee funnel performance, including leads, conversion, and orders.
- Plan and deliver trade shows, technical webinars, distributor marketing, and account-based marketing with sales.
- Direct technical content development with engineering and field application teams, including datasheets, application notes, case studies, and technical papers.
- Ensure marketing materials meet corporate brand and messaging standards, and report performance against corporate KPIs.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of B2B marketing experience.
- Experience managing, coaching, and developing a marketing team.
- Experience owning marketing for a business unit or product line with significant commercial scale.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Commercial orientation and the ability to translate technical product details into customer-facing content.
