- Create product positioning and technical learning experiences, including e-learning, workshops, presentations, demonstrations, webinars, guides, and hands-on activities.
- Translate cybersecurity capabilities into customer value, relevant use cases, competitive messages, and practical sales conversations.
- Collaborate with product management, research and development, sales, training, and subject-matter experts to keep content accurate and aligned with business priorities.
- Deliver virtual and in-person learning sessions to technical sales teams and partners across regions.
- Own learning initiatives from needs analysis and content development through delivery, feedback, continuous improvement, and impact measurement.

- At least 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, networking, IT infrastructure, technical sales, sales engineering, product positioning, technical training, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, networking, and enterprise technology.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, credible messages for technical and business audiences.
- Experience creating or delivering content for technical sales, pre-sales, sales engineering, customer-facing teams, or channel partners.
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, facilitation, and written communication skills.
- Fluent English and effective collaboration skills for working with global, cross-functional teams.
