Build and lead a unified global employer brand, supporting talent attraction across the US, Israel, and other markets. The role partners with Talent Acquisition, People, Communications, and Marketing during a period of brand change.

- Shape a unified global employer-brand story, including messaging, visual identity guidelines, tone, and narrative.
- Manage candidate-facing channels, including Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and the careers site, with responsibility for content, cadence, and voice.
- Partner with People, Communications, and Marketing to develop role- and market-specific talent attraction content.
- Create employee storytelling programs, including employee spotlights, day-in-the-life content, and leadership visibility.
- Monitor external perception, ratings, sentiment, and competitor positioning, and share findings with Talent Acquisition and People leaders.
- Develop reusable content and messaging for recruiters to use in outreach, job postings, and candidate conversations.
- Support employer-brand activity at events, campus programs, and conferences.

- At least 5 years in global employer branding, talent marketing, or a hybrid Talent Acquisition and brand role.
- Strong understanding of the Israeli technology talent market and workplace culture, with experience supporting Engineering or R&D talent attraction in Israel.
- Experience in or supporting a global, ideally US-based, technology organization and its local and global talent attraction.
- Demonstrated ability to create an employee value proposition or unify one across different sources.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to use data to measure results.
- Ability to adapt employer-brand messaging to different markets, including the US and Israel.
