An advertising agency is seeking an experienced Account Supervisor to lead account teams, manage key client relationships, and oversee the delivery of online and offline media activities across multiple accounts. - Lead, mentor, and manage account managers
- Oversee team performance, workload distribution, and task prioritization
- Maintain efficient workflows and operational standards across the department
- Act as the primary contact for key clients and support satisfaction and retention
- Manage large-scale projects with production, creative, and media teams
- Develop work processes and operational frameworks
- Improve cross-functional collaboration and campaign outcomes
- Coordinate with management teams across advertising and digital agencies

- Experience managing end-to-end operations and campaigns
- Experience in advertising, marketing, or digital agencies
- Previous team leadership and people management experience
- Strong client management, retention, and relationship-building skills
- Deep understanding of major media platforms and their best practices
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical approach to using performance data to improve results
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment
