Technical Project Manager

Lead complex technology projects end to end, from planning and initiation through production deployment and operations. Coordinate technical teams, public-sector stakeholders, government agencies, and vendors while managing scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and quality.

- Own project scope, Gantt charts, milestones, budgets, and lifecycle delivery from initiation to production.
- Track progress, prioritize workstreams, and provide data-driven status updates to executives.
- Translate technical requirements into actionable work plans.
- Oversee CI/CD processes, environments, and alignment across development, DevOps, and security teams.
- Coordinate internal teams, government agencies, and public-sector partners.
- Manage vendors, procurement activities, contracts, budgets, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Identify and mitigate security, regulatory, scope, and delivery risks.
- Implement quality practices and lessons-learned processes.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering with an Information Systems focus, Information Systems Management, or another B.Sc. with 300+ hours of advanced Information Systems coursework.
- At least 4 years of experience managing complex technology projects.
- Strong technical background in software development, testing, version control, and cloud environments.
- Experience coordinating development, DevOps, security, CI/CD, and technical integration activities.
