Technical Project Manager

Coordinate product and engineering delivery for a smart productivity hardware product, from initial planning through release. Work across product, engineering, design, operations, and external partners. Work format may be office-based, hybrid, or fully remote.

- Plan sprints, break down and prioritize tasks, and track progress
- Translate product requirements and decisions into actionable tasks for engineering and design
- Track deadlines, dependencies, blockers, risks, and agreements across workstreams
- Maintain backlogs, roadmaps, project documentation, and task statuses
- Document product and technical decisions, requirements, meeting outcomes, and next steps
- Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, design, operations, vendors, and contractors
- Facilitate team syncs and follow through on decisions
- Assess the impact of changing requirements on scope, timelines, and delivery
- Identify and escalate risks to timelines, quality, and product outcomes
דרישות
- At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Product Operations Manager in a technology product company
- Experience working within a product or engineering organization
- Hands-on experience with Agile or Scrum processes and sprint execution
- Experience owning projects or products from scoping through release
- Ability to write requirements, user scenarios, acceptance criteria, and development or design tasks
- Experience coordinating parallel workstreams, dependencies, and external stakeholders, including vendors or contractors
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle, from requirements and design through testing and release
- Basic understanding of how hardware, firmware, mobile, and backend components interact
- Upper-intermediate English or higher for collaboration with international teams
- Experience using project and documentation tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, or Confluence
