Own several concurrent delivery engagements for frontier AI labs, coordinating researchers, engineers, and reviewers from scope through final delivery. Translate customer specifications into task plans, manage schedules and capacity, and maintain high quality standards in a rapidly changing research

- Own concurrent lab engagements from scope and milestones through delivery and status reporting.
- Translate customer specifications into task plans covering task volume, environments, models, and deadlines.
- Track batches through production, review, approval, and delivery while maintaining accurate project records.
- Identify schedule risks early and recommend scope, capacity, or deadline tradeoffs.
- Allocate researchers, task writers, and reviewers according to throughput and specialization.
- Onboard contributors to environments, attack patterns, and acceptance criteria.
- Provide quality feedback, identify recurring rejection patterns, and manage internal review before customer delivery.
דרישות
- 2–4 years of experience in project, program, or product management with ownership of delivered work.
- Strong autonomy and the ability to create processes in undefined environments.
- Experience managing contributors without direct line authority, including setting expectations and giving feedback.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
יתרון
- Technical background in industrial engineering, computer science, information systems, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Exposure to large language models or AI agents.
- Experience in security, red teaming, or trust and safety.
- Experience coordinating distributed or contract contributors.
- Fluency with SQL, spreadsheets, or scripting for project analysis.
