Join a professional services team supporting enterprise customers after implementation. Lead customer engagements, advise on procurement operating models, configure solutions, drive adoption, and help customers expand their use of the platform.

- Lead post-implementation customer engagements as the primary contact for expansion, system enhancements, and stabilization.
- Analyze customer requirements and configure the procurement platform to solve complex business problems without extensive coding.
- Deliver training that enables stakeholders to use and manage the platform independently.
- Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering and collaborate with Account Management on long-term account health.
- Improve the managed services delivery model and increase customer value from the platform.
דרישות
- At least 5 years of experience in ERP or procure-to-pay systems, procurement, finance, tax or operations consulting, managed services, or B2B SaaS implementation or account management.
- Direct experience implementing or administering ERP or procurement tools such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Sage, or QuickBooks.
- Strong customer management skills, including the ability to challenge requests while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client meetings and stakeholder workshops.
- High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage executive relationships while building configurations.
