Lead multidisciplinary technology development projects from concept through deployment, coordinating cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customer stakeholders to deliver complex products on schedule.

- Own execution and delivery of complex technology development projects.
- Manage project requirements, scope, milestones, schedules, risks, and dependencies throughout the lifecycle.
- Coordinate system, algorithms, software, electronics, mechanics, integration, and operations teams.
- Drive cross-functional interfaces, resolve blockers, and lead decisions through execution.
- Partner with system engineers and domain managers to define and implement technical solutions.
- Lead design reviews, experiments, integrations, data collection, and demonstrations.
- Communicate with customers, management, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage subcontractor and supplier scope, schedules, milestones, coordination, and execution tracking.
דרישות
- At least 3 years of technical project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a significant technical background.
- Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary technology development projects.
- Strong technical understanding across systems, software, algorithms, electronics, and mechanics.
- Ability to drive execution in a matrix environment and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Skills in managing dependencies, risks, priorities, and work plans.
- Experience translating customer operational or business needs into execution plans.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, including negotiation and commercial coordination.
- High proficiency in English.
