  • Lead UAV development, systems integration, and integration projects from concept through delivery.
  • Manage large-scale development and procurement programs with budgets ranging from tens to hundreds of millions of US dollars.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary internal teams, external resources, and subcontractors.
  • Lead marketing and business development activities with international customers.
  • Manage customer interfaces and relationships in Israel and abroad.
  • Lead RFP, proposal, and quotation processes.
  • Balance technological, operational, commercial, and customer requirements throughout project execution.

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering and management, or software engineering.
  • Mandatory experience and familiarity with the UAV/UAS domain.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Experience managing development, systems integration, and integration projects.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead complex multidisciplinary projects in an international environment.
