Senior Project Manager – Renewable Energy Construction

Lead complex renewable energy projects from initiation and planning through permitting, construction, grid connection, commissioning, and commercial operation. The role involves commercial and operational ownership, contractor management, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.\n

- Build and manage project plans covering budgets, schedules, quality, safety, risks, and milestones.
- Manage engagements with contractors, suppliers, and consultants, including tenders, technical and commercial negotiations, agreements, and performance monitoring.
- Lead projects throughout their lifecycle, including planning, licensing, construction, site testing and handover, grid connection, and commercial operation.
- Coordinate with authorities, the national electric utility, designers, contractors, consultants, landowners, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Drive coordination across engineering, site supervision, operations, finance, accounting, legal, and business development teams.
- Prepare status reports, identify obstacles, escalate risks, and implement timely solutions to maintain project targets.
- Work primarily from the company’s offices in Kfar Saba, with travel to project sites across Israel and occasional non-standard working hours.

- At least five years of experience managing projects or construction contracts in infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, civil, or industrial engineering.
- High-level professional writing, documentation, and presentation skills in Hebrew and English.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to review specifications, plans, standards, and contracts.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and make decisions in a complex stakeholder environment.
יתרון
- A master’s degree or PMP certification.
- Experience with renewable energy, energy storage, solar projects, or grid connections.
- Experience working with authorities, the national electric utility, EPC contractors, consultants, and inspection bodies.
