Lead multimillion-scale, multidisciplinary defense system projects from development and production through customer implementation. Coordinate engineering, operations, finance, subcontractors, customers, and matrixed teams.

  • Manage projects across development, production, and customer implementation
  • Own overall project delivery across engineering, operations, and finance functions
  • Manage customer relationships and project communications
  • Control project budgets and schedules
  • Coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional work teams and matrixed personnel

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, exact sciences, or business administration
  • At least 5 years of proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects
  • Experience working with subcontractors and customers
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing matrixed personnel
  • Professional English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking
  • Willingness to travel internationally and work overtime
