Manage annual aviation engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul projects valued at approximately $20 million, from engine intake through delivery to the customer. Coordinate operations, engineering, logistics, and production-line personnel while managing international customer relationships and team

  • Manage annual aviation engine MRO projects with budgets of approximately $20 million
  • Own project execution from engine intake through repair and customer delivery
  • Prepare financial reports and report to the MRO business line manager
  • Execute project plans across operations, engineering, logistics, and production-line teams
  • Manage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Contribute to preparing commercial quotations
  • Lead cross-functional matrix teams and make independent decisions

דרישות

  • Academic degree required
  • Proven project management experience
  • Experience working with international customers or suppliers
  • Strong business understanding and negotiation experience
  • Proven ability to lead matrix teams and manage multiple interfaces
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally

יתרון

  • Experience in aviation maintenance
  • Familiarity with SAP
  • Sales experience
