Senior Project Manager – Automated Warehousing Systems

Lead complex automated warehousing projects through the full lifecycle, coordinating engineering teams, customers, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, quality, and risk across multiple sites.

- Manage projects end to end, from planning and execution through implementation and customer handover.
- Coordinate Engineering, Planning, Electrical, Control, and Software departments and maintain customer communication.
- Manage subcontractors and monitor project execution and progress.
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
- Perform quality assurance and ensure compliance with professional standards.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation actions.
- Prepare and present weekly project progress reports.
- Lead cross-functional activities in a dynamic industrial environment.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or industrial engineering, or a Practical Engineering diploma.
- Proven experience managing complex industrial projects in multi-interface environments.
- Mandatory knowledge of construction and structural plans.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Ability to present technical information clearly and work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Willingness to perform extensive field work across multiple project sites.
- Independent, proactive, solution-oriented, and creative approach.
יתרון
- Experience with automated warehouse technologies such as conveyors, cranes, and racking systems.
- AutoCAD proficiency.
- Practical Engineering diploma may be considered.
