Lead complex, end-to-end technology projects for a manufacturer developing power supply and communications solutions for defense, civil aviation, and space industries. The role requires a hands-on project leader who can coordinate multidisciplinary teams and drive execution through delivery.

- Manage projects from initiation through customer delivery
- Build, manage, and control work plans and schedules
- Lead projects in a complex, technology-focused environment
- Manage risks, remove execution obstacles, and drive solutions
- Coordinate with engineering, development, procurement, production, and quality teams
- Lead procurement and supply processes during development
- Track milestones and maintain project targets
- Communicate with customers and support customer satisfaction
- Remain hands-on and connected to field execution rather than focusing only on administrative control
דרישות
- At least 2 years of project management or PMO experience in hardware, electronics, or multidisciplinary systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Experience in a manufacturing company or defense industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project
- Very high-level English
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Strong systems thinking, attention to detail, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
