Lead planning and delivery of data center infrastructure projects across installation, migration, expansion, operational changes, and decommissioning. Coordinate technical and operational stakeholders while improving delivery processes and engineering efficiency.

- Plan, coordinate, and deliver infrastructure projects across their full lifecycle.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans for data center infrastructure.
- Manage IMAC-D activities, including installation, moves, additions, changes, migrations, and decommissioning.
- Gather requirements, define priorities, build schedules, track dependencies, and mitigate risks.
- Resolve technical, resource, and scheduling challenges across deployment and operations.
- Coordinate workstreams across hardware, software, engineering, and operations teams.
- Standardize processes and use metrics to improve project delivery and engineering efficiency.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in project or program management.
- Experience coordinating complex cross-functional infrastructure projects.
- Understanding of data center infrastructure engineering and IMAC-D lifecycle activities.
- Experience improving workflows, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Ability to manage schedules, dependencies, risks, resources, and competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentations to technical and executive stakeholders.

- Experience delivering large-scale data center infrastructure projects with multiple dependencies and lifecycle stages.
- Experience coordinating hardware, software, and operations workstreams.
- Knowledge of infrastructure forecasting, observability, governance, asset management, CMDB, and change management.
- Project management certification or training such as PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2.
