An industrial company in Southern Israel is seeking an Information Systems Project Manager to lead application and infrastructure projects, manage existing systems, improve organizational processes, and provide hands-on support across company sites.

- Manage application and infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and field deployment.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage external stakeholders, development and implementation companies, and vendors.
- Collect, process, and analyze field data to drive organizational processes.
- Manage existing systems and define and implement new systems and processes.
- Provide hands-on software, hardware, troubleshooting, equipment, and user support across company sites.
דרישות
- At least 3 years of experience managing information systems projects in a medium-to-large organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong data analysis and technical capabilities.
- High-level English proficiency.
- Ability to learn and work independently.
- Willingness to travel between company sites.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and service-oriented skills.

- Priority ERP implementation experience.
- Familiarity with Power BI.
- Experience working with databases.
- Knowledge of information security or cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with AI and automation technologies.
